We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10-21 business days, depending on your location.

Order tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International orders: We currently ship to most countries. Applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and charged at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. These are shown separately from the item price and shipping cost.

Delayed or lost shipments: We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@luccire.com.
